Leslie Love is a daughter, sister, aunt, Christian, educator, artist, homeowner, animal lover, American car driver, and a Democrat.
As a daughter of Detroit, Leslie was raised on the city’s working class northwest side and attended Detroit Public Schools. Throughout her life she has lived, worked and been active in various social justice, civic, political, educational, and artistic endeavors locally and internationally.
